Resin Treatment Machine

各種基材へ薬剤を添着（含浸加工、コーター加工）します。またコルゲート加工を施すことも可能です。

IMPREGNATION

Soaking into the liquid resin and solvent dissolved. Possible to make infiltrate to the inside of the base material. The liquid would be water or methanol as the solvent (but not a mixed solvent).

COATING

Coating the surface of the base material to add functions, with chemicals such as resin dissolved in a solvent. Use water or methanol as the solvent (but not a mixed solvent).

CORRUGATION

Creating uneven sheet surface to increasing the surface area for reducing the pressure drop of filter media.

APPLICATION

Automotive oil filters, fuel filters, wet laid nonwoven media, etc.

Calendaring/Bonding Machines

高温による複数のシートの貼り合せ、プレスによるシートの平滑化などを行います。

BONDING

Combine your products with other materials or filter paper, we recommend they should be stuck together. For examples, filter paper and non-woven fabric, powder blend paper and non-woven fabric or non-woven fabric and non-woven fabric. We can paste the current filter paper of you and our sheet, too.

SMOOTHING

Pressing the sheet at a high temperature, the surface be finished being leveled out, reducing surface irregularities.

Cutting Processing

製造したロールを、様々な形状に加工します。

SLITTING

Slitting the master roll to the specified width and the length.

CUTTING

Cutting the manufactured roll into the rectangular sheet for the specified size. Besides, we can cut as fulfilling the required precision.

PUNCHING

Punching various shapes with using cutting mold.

Special Mold Processing

製造したロールを各種形状へ切り抜きます。

HIGH-PRECISION CUTTING

Capable of cutting into complicated shapes. With CAD software we can cut any special shapes.

DOTTED LINE PROCESSING

Enable to cut dotted line. Useful for bending material easily.
